PROJECT OUTLINE
The memorable first stage for the virtual artist IA’s latest world tour performance “MUSICAL & LIVE SHOW ‘ARIA’” will be held in Japan.
“ARIA”, a new style of live entertainment show where you can use your five senses to experience the crossover of music, art and technology.
Premier performance was held in Digital Art Fes in Enghien-les-Bain France in June 2018. Although the performance included verification factors, the high quality of music, image and staging was acclaimed, and over 20 French medias and TV stations took up this performance.
The performance will grow as a “show that constantly grow and changes”, while doing various styles and new challenges under the support of fans. The start will be from “DMM VR THEARTER YOKOHAMA” in Japan.
We launched this project to establish this new style show as Japan’s original culture, and to boost together with everyone.

WHO IS IA?
Virtual artist born in 2012. Expending her activity as a skillful artist with overwhelming performance and high singing ability. IA’s voice bank came into 1st place on the first week of sales in Amazon music software ranking, and she does both voices for VOCALOID™3 library “IA -ARIA ON THE PLANETES-” and “IA ROCKS”, which are highly evaluated from music industry and users, and also for CeVIO library “Japanese Talk Voice” and “English Song Voice”. The number of playbacks in secondary creation video on websites using IA exceeds to more than 100 million times.
She has proven several records for being active in various fields, such as collaborating with various artist, chosen as a promotion model for the biggest domestic race “SUPER GT”, sang for the worldwide streamed animation “MEKAKUCITY ACTORS” and for “Neon Genesis Evangelion” final volume comic book’s appendix CD.
In 2015, a one-man live “PARTY A GO-GO” was held with the theme of virtual and real (human) collaboration. This live was highly evaluated in and out the country, and made a successful world tour in 12 cities such as Los Angeles, New York, London, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Mexico, Costa Rica, Melbourne, Montreal, Chili and Madrid. This live screening caravan recorded more than 30,000 audiences from over 100 cities worldwide. She also performed in Shanghai’s music festival “billibilli MacroLink”. It became a hot topic for having maximum 720,000 simultaneous viewers for the live streaming of her performance.
She is expending her activity worldwide, such as being chosen as a first virtual artist ambassador for International Olympiad in Informatics IOI 2018, where 83 countries participated.

“ARIA” is a story connects with planet “ARIA”, where IA and her sister ONE was born and grew, and IA’s “presence” on earth. It is a “new style live entertainments show using five senses to experience the crossover of music, art and technology”, which expresses the art and technology born from virtual and human.
This show includes sequel of IA’s first world tour “PARTY A GO-GO”, with new songs that power up her performance.
Furthermore, another characteristic of ARIA is that it’s a “show that constantly grow and changes” through the fans support. She will continue her performances making evolution.
MUSICAL & LIVE SHOW “ARIA” is from where IA and ONE was born, and to the presence of coming down to earth.
After two years of production cooperating with France, the world tour is finally moving, starting from Japan performance.
