●芋vibes　studied more than 60 company where makes alcohol all over the world

so that you can drink beer, shochu, sake,..etc... with friendly talking maybe you can see the company behind the glass!

more tha 100 kinds of alcohol!!

●Yes we are the BAR!! But we can eat famous Japanese restaurant Sushi!!

You can enjoy sushi and Japanese alcohol at same time!!

●high quality but well balanced cost(price)!

everybody can enjoy 芋vibes!!  atmosphere , owner and alcohol are special but price are nice!

●south of Japan ''Kumamoto prefecture'' where is famous for ''Aso　阿蘇'' and ''castle of Kumamoto 熊本城''

■Why you decide to do crowdfunding?■

my friends who lives in Kumamoto did crowdfunding for opening guesthouse !

that looked really involved in people by good power!

the experience pushed me and I thought ''I want to challenge''  

And, I think it is really important to involve in people . positive involve in!!

not negative!!

 

■appeal of this project■
Glocal BAR 芋vibes owner can speak friendly English and worked in abroad.

So that we can makes you guys who visiting Kumamoto(Japan) 'I want to come again here'' or ''I want to stay here in Kumamoto(Japan)''

and also we can make entertainment with another company or people so that we can connect each other not only one category.

■who is Glocal BAR 芋vibes owner■

Noriyuki Yamashita

 22th February　　1985     born in Kagoshima

hobby　　　　from kumamoto city to shochu or sake company, using Japanese motor bike it takes about 7hours round-trip and study about shochu and sake for 2-3 hours after coming back home, typing to Word with smile drinking.

 

when 20 years old university era. I met shochu and that really impressed me .

that moment I decide to run the restaurant or BAR where treats mainly shochu  when I am 30 years old.

 

after graduated university worked for feed maker sales man and  main area was Kumamoto.

 

after sales man went AUS for studying BAR and PUB culture for 10 month.

then studied about shochu culture in Kagoshima and Kumamoto.

visited south west asia where is said 'the origin of shochu' to feel the shochu vibes.

in Canada and America , guest shochu bartender and spread shochu culture by myself

sometimes worked at guesthouse and communicated with foreign guests!!

 

knowledge and studying will be connected by experience!!

 

February 2015   became 30 years old!!

achieve my dream which dreamed when I was 20years old!!
