MOFフランス最高職人ルレデセールインターナショナルの店「Pâtisserie FRESSON」にてフランクフレッソン氏に師事。帰国後「ベルグの4月」、アイスクリームケーキ専門店「Glaciel」にてシェフグラシエ・シェフパティシエを経て、中央林間に独立後、初のお店をオープン。 ジェラート、アイスクリーム等の機器の世界的なリーディングメーカー「カルピジャーニジャパン」のデモンストレーターとしても活躍中。ミラノ万博で行われたスイーツのワールドカップにて日本代表のチームキャプテンとして出場し、優勝するなど国内外で受賞歴多数。 地域支援の活動も栃木未来大使、チーム・シェフ等で積極的に携わっている。
