日本で11万人、世界で15億人のイスラム教徒に届けたい、日本の鶏肉の美味しさを生かしたハラル食。

We want to produce more Halal Food in Japan for Muslims.

今回は「コロナウイルス感染症による経済不況・社会状況に負けない」で在宅が多いイスラム教徒の人たちが国産原料へのこだわりと一つ一つ手作りで心を込めて作つた新商品です。

Due to the pandemic COVID-19, the halal industry in Japan has been severely affected. Many halal product makers, restaurants and shops had to be closed. The close of many halal shops have caused troubles to Muslims living in Japan. As one of the halal product manufacturers, we want to produce more halal foods that fulfill Muslim needs.

I'm Muhamad Syukri, the Halal manager of AJINATORI HALAL. Our company has been involved in producing halal products for Muslims since 2010.

オンライン上でイスラム教徒のためのハラル食を製造し、オンラインや店頭を通じてお届けしているThe Halal Shopの店長モハメド シュクリです。

⬛The Halal Shopについて

2010年からハラル食に取り組んできた鶏肉加工販売会社・南薩食鳥が、「ハラル食が買いにくい」というイスラム教徒の声を受けて開設したのがオンラインショップ「The Halal Shop」です。私シュクリはハラル食の開発が本格化した2017年に入社して現在は店長をしています。

AJINATORI HALAL is the brand name for halal products of Nansatsu Shokucho Co., Ltd. This company was founded in 1968, is a poultry specialty company with a philosophy of "Creating Joy". Based in Southern Kyushu (Kagoshima).

※南薩食鳥株式会社は、「喜びづくり」という理念をもつ1968 年創業の鶏肉専門会社。鶏文化の中心地・南九州を地盤として、質の良い鶏肉加工食品をお届けしています。

Why work on halal food?

“It is very difficult to find halal food in Japan.” Many Muslims worry about finding halal food while they are in Japan.

We never imagined that there would be more Muslims living in Japan as we do now, or that the number of tourists from abroad would also increase rapidly year by year.

現在のように日本でムスリム（イスラム教）が多く暮らしたり、海外からの観光客が増えることは全く想像もしていませんでした。当の私たちが一番驚いていることです。

It was very difficult to get halal food and we heard from various Muslims about their problems with halal food. This give us motivation to work on producing halal products that can enjoy by all.

ハラル食を手に入れるのは非常に難しく、いろんなムスリムの方からハラル食に関する悩みを聞きました。それが私たちのエネルギーになってきました。

Since the beginning of our halal business operation, we have met a lot of Muslims living in Japan. We met, communicated and interacted with them to understand what are their real problems and needs.

Until now, we have been to almost all over Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa to meet with our Muslim customers. We went to Muslim country’s embassies and mosques to meet Imam and Muslim communities to get their opinions and advices on how we could give the best service all Muslim communities in Japan.

ハラル事業を開始して以来、私たちは日本に住む多くのムスリムと出会いました。私たちは、彼らの本当の問題やニーズを理解するために、彼らと会い、コミュニケーションを取り、交流してきました。

これまで、私たちは北海道から沖縄まで、ほぼ日本全国のムスリムのお客様とお会いしてきました。イスラム圏の大使館やモスクに出向き、イマームやムスリムコミュニティに会い、どうすれば日本のムスリムコミュニティの皆様により良いサービスを提供できるか、彼らの意見やアドバイスを聞きました。

やっと商品開発に成功

At first, we were anxious about whether we could really develop halal products or not, but we received many supports and advises from Muslims all over Japan, we are now able to produce a variety of halal products based on Muslims needs.

本当に鶏肉を使用したハラル商品が開発できるのか不安になりながらも、ムスリムの声を思い出しながら、色々な商品ラインナップを抱えることがことができるようになりました。

きっかけ

「鶏文化が盛んな鹿児島からおいしい鶏肉を世界中の人に届けたい」と考え始めたのが2010年。世界の食文化を調査していたときに、ハラル食という言葉に出会ったことが、ハラル食の製造に取り組み始めたきっかけです。

プロジェクト詳細 About The Project

Ajinatori Halal received a lot of requests from our online shop customers especially mothers and families who need more varieties of halal products, especially ready-made products such as instant curry, dumplings, beef bowls, so on and so forth.

In order to fulfill those needs, we will do more research and development of new products. And to do that, certain amount of fund is needed.

We would like to give chance to our customers, to be together with us, in realizing this intention (to produce more halal foods that fulfill Muslim needs)

国産の鶏肉や牛肉を使用したハラル商品は国内では製造、販売を行う企業ががほとんどなく在住イスラム教徒の食の安定供給を行う。

国内に商品アイテムが少ないハラル商品の新商品のテスト販売を行うことで、在住イスラム教徒の国産ハラル商品の普及を目指します。

New Products Under Development

開発中の新商品

Now, we have 3 new products under development.

All are ready-to-eat products.

現在、3つの新製品を開発中です。すべて加工食品（加熱済み）

（１）Halal Turmeric Chicken Leg ハラル・ターメリック・チキンレッグ

We use local Halal chicken leg and seasoned it with flavorful turmeric, and then packaged and heated one at a time using retort processing method. To eat, you just need to boil it (with the package, no need to open) for 5 to 7 minutes. Eat it with hot rice.

謙淑なシャリア法で処理された国産親鶏の骨付きモモを風味豊かなターメリックで味付け後、1本づつ包装後加熱しました。食べる時は、解凍後、5分～7分湯煎して、骨をはずしながら食べてください。

２）Halal Chicken Bowl ハラル鶏丼

We use local Halal chicken thigh meat and season it with authentic Japanese recipe. To eat, you just need to boil it (with the pack, no need to remove it) for 5 to 7 minutes before serving it on rice or other dishes.

謙淑なシャリア法で処理された国産親鶏のモモ肉を日本風の味付けで包装後加熱しました。解凍後、5分～7分湯煎してからごはんに乗せたりしてお召し上がりください。

（３）Halal Gyudon ハラル牛丼

We use halal Japan beef (round meat) and season it with authentic Japanese recipe. To eat, you just need to boil it (with the pack, no need to remove it) for 5 to 7 minutes before serving it on rice or other dishes.

謙淑なシャリア法で処理された国産牛肉を日本風の味付けで包装後加熱 。解凍後、5分～7分湯煎してからごはんに乗せたりしてお召し上がりください。

We are currently doing trial production of the products, and expect to have it completed by the end of November. If you support and participate in this project, we will deliver all the products to you. We hope you will enjoy it at home.

実行者紹介

ハラル商品の開発及び販売に携わって約8年になる、担当の濵田です。

手探り状態で始めたハラル商品開発や販売は様々なイスラム教徒の応援に感謝します。

また、2017年8月よりマレーシア出身のイスラム教徒（ムハマド シュクリ）が弊社の社員になり、イスラム教徒の基本的なルールを学び一緒に仕事に取組み、イスラム教徒の意見を大切に商品開発や販売に取組んでいます。

これからも、在住イスラム教徒の食の安心・安全・安定供給に取り組んでまいります。

I have been working as Halal Manager in Ajinatori Halal since Aug 2017. From what I experienced, there are a lot of Muslims in Japan having difficulties in getting halal foods, especially Made in Japan products. Ajinatori Halal is one of the very few company that involve in producing halal products for Muslim in Japan. Not because I am working in this working that I am saying this, but as a muslim, I could say without hesitation that, Ajinatori Halal is very serious and committed to serve the best for us. As the Halal Manager in the company, I could say that the company is also very committed in following all the halal standards and regulations based on Syariah Law.

Therefore, I would like to urge all muslims in Japan especially to give full support for this project in order for Ajinatori Halal to maintain its halal business and give benefits to all of us.
